City Centre Ajman adds trendy, international brands to its fashion and beauty category

City Centre Ajman has expanded its fashion and beauty offerings with more than 30 new stores that will appeal to families and millennials looking for pocket-friendly fashion brands.

As part of its AED 643 million enhancement project, City Centre Ajman transforms from a community Centre to a regional shopping and lifestyle destination, the mall has increased its gross leasable area from 29,000 to 55,000 sqm. International lifestyle brands such as Brands for Less, R&B, LC Waikiki, Max, Nike, Rituals and Under Armour have been added to the diverse retail mix. Centrepoint has reopened with a redesigned customer-centric shopping environment, carrying brands such as Iconic, Bossini, Barbie, Shoe Mart, Splash, Lifestyle, and Babyshop. City Centre Ajman will also be unveiling many more fashion and beauty stores later this year.

Brands that have recently made their debut in the emirate with a store at City Centre Ajman include Kashkha, which offers affordable and stylish modest fashion for women, Dutch homeware chain HEMA, and American lifestyle and performance footwear company Skechers.  

Foodies in search of quirky spots with unique food concepts to enjoy with friends and family have a lot to look forward to at City Centre Ajman, as well. The iconic Indian milkshake Keventers, which comes in fun, reusable, glass milk bottles, launched its first outlet in the city and is already a hit for ‘Instagrammers’. The much-loved American bakery chain has also made its first foray into Ajman with a chic dine-in café at the mall. New famous food outlets were added recently to the mall such as Caffe Nero, Pizzaro and Papparoti with a spectacular ambiance. 

City Centre Ajman enhanced its retail mix by introducing new categories to the mall such as Home furniture, electronics and banks. Brands who opened within these categories are Home Centre with a immense varieties of all home furnishing needs, Sharaf DG with two levels concept to fulfill all electronics’ lover’s needs, and finally the awaited first back branch in the Centre Emirates NBD.

City Centre Ajman has also enhanced convenience for shoppers by opening four entrances, with the latest being on the East side of the mall. This will allow shoppers to conveniently access the mall from key roads in the city. The carpark has been expanded with an additional 1,100 spaces since January, taking it up to 3,300 parking spots on two levels. The mall has also opened taxi pick-up and drop-off zones at the North and South entrances for easy access to the anchor stores. 

The mall also introduced wheel chair cabinets and benches at all mall entrances, digital mall directory to ease their search and shopping experience, new designated parking areas for families and expected women, and baby changing and mothers’ room with all needed facilities to cover the mother’s needs.
